**Rimadyl for dogs – Pack of 100 **

Rimadyl tablets for dogs are a prescription-only anti-inflammatory medication for dogs, made by Zoetis. The active ingredient is carprofen, an NSAID.

After surgery, your vet may give a Rimadyl injection first, then switch your dog to tablets at home. If your dog is on it long term, keep up with vet check-ups.

**Strengths**

Rimadyl Palatable Tablets come in 20mg, 50mg and 100mg.

Keep the pot shut and up high, because a dog that eats a lot of them can become seriously ill.

**Warnings**

- Not recommended for pregnant bitches.
- Don’t give Rimadyl if your dog has heart, liver or kidney disease, a stomach ulcer or bleeding, or a blood disorder.
- Do not give with other NSAIDs, or within 24 hours of one.
- Never give to cats.
- As with all NSAIDs, there is a rare risk of side effects affecting the kidneys or liver.
- If you suspect your dog has taken more than the prescribed dose, contact your vet.
