**Cytopoint Solution for Injection for Dogs**
 Lokivetmab 10mg, 20mg, 30mg or 40mg per 1ml vial. Pack of 2 vials.

Cytopoint treats itch linked to allergic dermatitis and the skin signs of atopic dermatitis in dogs. Lokivetmab is an antibody made for dogs. It blocks interleukin-31 (IL-31), a protein that drives the itch signal.

Cytopoint comes as an injection only. There is no tablet version.

**Strength by weight**
 3kg to 10kg: 10mg
 10.1kg to 20kg: 20mg
 20.1kg to 30kg: 30mg
 30.1kg to 40kg: 40mg
 Over 40kg: your vet combines vials into one dose.

Given by your vet at the practice. Not for home use. Each vial is single use.

**Before treatment**

- Not for dogs under 3kg
- Not for dogs allergic to lokivetmab or any of the other ingredients
- Not recommended in pregnant or nursing bitches, and not for breeding dogs
- Your vet will look for and treat underlying causes, such as fleas, food allergy or skin infection
- If there’s little change after the first injection, a second dose a month later may help. If not, your vet will consider other treatment.

Side effects are rare or very rare. They include allergic reactions, vomiting, diarrhoea and seizures. See the full list in the official product information below.
